Terms of service

Repwise is gym management software: members and admissions, billing, check-in, reminders, leads, reports, expenses and staff roles. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

• You are responsible for the logins and PINs you give to staff, and for what is done with them.
• Give staff only the role they need. Keep your details accurate.
• Tell us quickly if you think an account has been misused.

• The plan is ₹299 per month, with up to 2 branches included. Setup and Excel import are free.
• We will tell you before any change to pricing. Prices on the website are in Indian rupees.

You own the data you put into Repwise, including your members and bills. You can download it at any time. You are responsible for having the right to store your members’ information and for collecting their consent. See our privacy policy.

Reminders and summaries sent through WhatsApp should go only to people who expect them. You are responsible for the content of messages you send and for following WhatsApp’s rules.

• Do not misuse the service, try to break it, or access data that is not yours.
• Do not use it for anything unlawful.

We work to keep Repwise running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of important records by using the export feature regularly.

You can stop using Repwise at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. On request we will help you export your data.

To the extent the law allows, Repwise is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or lost-business losses arising from its use.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions? Message us on WhatsApp or visit the contact page.
